RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

WHO WE ARE PanRitual ("we", "us", or "our") operates the website https://panritual.com/ (the "Site"). We are committed to offering you quality products and responsive customer service. This policy describes the terms and conditions for returns and refunds on purchases made on our Site.
RETURN WINDOW You have 30 days from the receipt of your order to request a return. After this period, we unfortunately will not be able to accept the request.
PRODUCT CONDITION Products must be returned in their original packaging and in perfect condition. Any damaged or incomplete product cannot be accepted for a return.
RETURN COSTS All return shipping costs are covered by PanRitual. You will not have to pay anything to send your product back.
RETURN PROCESS To initiate a return, please contact us before shipping anything to: contact@panritual.com. Our team will provide you with the necessary instructions for sending the product back and will guide you through the entire process.
REFUND Once your return has been received and verified, we will issue a full refund for your order. The refund will be processed within 7 days of receiving the product and will be covered by us. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
EXCEPTIONS Personalized or custom-modified products may not be eligible for return. In such cases, we will clearly inform you before your order is confirmed.
